All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

International customers

Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages sometimes do get lost in the mail, and we have no way to track your order down, unless it was shipped via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and etc.

Sometimes "lost" packages are held by Customs. If you haven't received your package within 15 business days, you can do inquire about your package at your local Customs office.
